TECHNIQUES WE USE
01
MANUAL CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Manual adjustments are a core component of chiropractic care, designed to improve spinal health and overall well-being. Through precise, hands-on techniques, we apply controlled force to specific joints in the spine, helping to restore motion, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
REHABILITATION EXERCISES
03
Rehabilitation exercises are designed to strengthen and stabilize the muscles surrounding the spine and other joints. These exercises help to support long-term recovery, prevent future injuries, and improve overall movement patterns. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance your physical performance, our rehabilitation exercises are designed to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance, allowing you to regain function and live pain-free.
05
KINESOTAPING
Kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique used to support and stabilize muscles and joints without restricting movement. We use this innovative taping method to help reduce pain, inflammation, and muscle fatigue, while promoting optimal mobility and healing.
The elastic therapeutic tape is applied in specific patterns on the skin, targeting areas of discomfort or injury. It works by lifting the skin slightly, which allows for improved circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping to reduce swelling and promote faster recovery.
02
SOFT TISSUE TECHNIQUES
Soft tissue techniques are methods aimed at relieving tension, reducing pain, and improving mobility in the muscles, ligaments, and tendons. These techniques, which include methods like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and active release stretching, focus on releasing tightness and improving the function of soft tissues that may be contributing to discomfort or restricted movement.
04
DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling is a specialized technique used to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. In this method, fine, sterile needles are inserted into specific trigger points in the muscles to release tightness, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. This process helps alleviate pain, improve mobility, and restore proper muscle function by targeting the underlying cause of discomfort. We use this to enhance your recovery, address muscle imbalances, and support your overall well-being.
06
CUPPING
Cupping therapy is a technique that uses specially designed cups to create a vacuum on the skin. This method helps to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall wellness. We use cupping as a complementary treatment to enhance your recovery and relieve pain.
During a cupping session, cups are placed on targeted areas of the body, typically along the back, shoulders, or legs. The suction draws blood to the surface of the skin, which helps to increase the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles and tissues, promoting healing and reducing inflammation. Cupping can also release deep muscle knots and tension, providing relief from chronic pain, stiffness, and stress.
